Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling a session

Please give as much notice as possible when you need to move a session. Sessions rescheduled with adequate notice are moved to another available time in the same week wherever the schedule allows.

Late cancellations and missed sessions

A session cancelled at short notice, or a session missed without notice, may count as a used session because that time was reserved exclusively for you.

Coach cancellations

If I ever need to cancel, your session is rescheduled at no cost to you at a time that works for you.

Illness, injury and emergencies

Tell me as soon as you can. Programs can be paused or adjusted in genuine cases of illness, injury, bereavement or emergency.

Initial 12-week commitment and payment plans

Your first 12 weeks are an initial coaching commitment. Installment plans collect all payments required for that initial commitment. Cancelling coaching part-way through does not automatically cancel the remaining balance of the commitment you enrolled in.

Automatic four-week membership renewal

After your initial 12-week commitment, your coaching continues automatically as a recurring membership billed every four weeks at the regular membership rate ($440 for Strong Start, $600 for Total Transformation) until you cancel. Your recurring amount and first renewal date are shown before payment, and you confirm them with a required checkbox at checkout.

To cancel, give at least seven days' notice before your next four-week renewal date. Cancellation stops all future payments. Payments already made, and sessions already delivered, are not refunded.

Refunds

Because coaching is a personal service delivered as reserved live time, refunds for sessions already delivered are not provided. If something is not working for you, contact me first — I would rather adjust your program than have you struggle in silence.
